Pier 15 began a long time ago. One of our team members would drive past this site on a daily basis and very often during a sunset. From 168th Street the valley below offered a great view of the sun setting over the distant rolling countryside. As the City grew and plans for Dam site 15A, now know as Flanagan Lake, just off 168th and Fort, we knew this would become a special place. We work hard to incorporate the natural slope of the land to offer the stunning views of the lake and beyond.
